Klopp wants Diaz and Dembele to fill in for missing players

Klopp is now looking for solutions to bring Liverpool ready for the last stretch of the season and maybe try to get back in the title race.

A few names have been linked to joining the club before the end of the year, amongst them are Ousmane Dembele and Porto’s Luis Diaz.

Dembele who has already played under Klopp during his time in Borussia Dortmund has yet to sign a new contract with Barcelona.

The 24-year-old french start could be a brilliant addition to the Liverpool squad as he can play as a winger or a playmaker, the role he used to play at Dortmund.

With Mo Salah and Mane playing in the African Cup, the 24-year-old Colombian winger, Diaz, will be a great fit for Klopp’s team.
It has been said that Porto’s winger has impressed Klopp in the two appearances against Liverpool in the Champions League.

Diaz holds a contract from Porto till the end of 2024 and will probably not be released for less than £60 Million.

Arteta is running out of players:

With positive covid tested players, African Cup and injury issues, Arteta is rapidly losing players to field against the Spurs on Sunday.
Xhaka will also miss out on the next game due to a red card suspension.

It’s been reported that Arteta is planing to recall his loaned player from Portsmouth, Miguel Azeez, to help cover the hole that opened up in the midfield.

There have been multiple reports that Arteta is trying to land the Brazilian international, Arthur Melo, from
Juventus on a loan deal.

Arteta has stated before that he is a fan of the gifted Midfielder and that he would be happy to have him playing for his team. Melo has been showing interest in moving to London to play for the Gunners.

With that being said, even if Arthur will be transferred in the next few hours, he will not be eligible to play against Tottenham due to the fact that he had to be registered in the club by Friday.
